Only post secondary education institutions that have accreditation status will be authorized. Education institutions designated eligible by the United States Department of Education to receive tuition assistance funds may also provide these services. Provisions of services under this contract will require frequent and unsupervised contact with inmates. This contract will consist of one base year (twelve months) and four option years, for a potential total of sixty months. The solicitation document will be available, on or about September 2, 1997.
