Wagner, Regional Contract Specialist, 717-547-1641, extension 545 Contractor shall provide an Occupational Baking Program to male inmates confined at two institutions at the Federal Correctional Complex located in Allenwood, Pennsylvania. Services will be provided in the Food Service Department and the Education Department at the Low Security Correctional Institution and Federal Correctional Institution located in the Allenwood Complex. The contractor will be responsible for developing a curriculum that will provide 360 hours of instruction, to include a final examination which will enable the participating inmates to obtain a Retail Baker's Association certificate upon completion of the program. The contract period shall run from approximately November 1, 1997 through October 31, 1998. This procurement is unrestricted, open to both large and small business concerns.
