This project involves work in the following areas: Surveying, staking, et cetera for site layout and grading, clearing and grubbing, placement of compacted fill, construction of walls, construction of a reinforced concrete deck and supporting foundation, installation of drainage and of site lighting, construction of concrete pads, paving, striping, marking, signage, and landscaping of selected areas.
