Z -- RENOVATE EXTERIOR OF BLDGS IN 3200 BLOCK, FORT CAMPBELL, KENTUCKY SOL DAKF23-97-B-0079 DUE 082297 POC Contract Specialist Learah Smith (502) 798-7834 (Site Code DAKF23) Renovation of building exteriors as indicated on drawings to include, but not limited to: surface preparation and application of exterior finish system; replacement of exterior light fixtures; repair of spalled or deteriorated substrate materials; removal and reattachment of existing cables, conduits and other attachments to install new finish; and all other actions required to provide a complete and finished project. Supply all material, labor and equipment as required to perform any ancillary work indicated, specified or required to complete specified work. Estimated range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is unrestricted; however, solicitation will contain an evaluation preference for SDB concerns. For the purpose of determining small business size status, the average receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million, SIC 1542.
