SCOPE OF SERVICES: Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and material for performing all operations in strict accordance with Scope of Work and drawing to replace potable water feed, Northeast of Building 299. This project is required to install a 4 inch diameter water service on the north side, east sector of Building 299 and a 8 inch diameter fire waterline northeast of Building 299. The work is detailed on drawing RG-616, sheet 1 of 1. Final disconnection, tie in, and disinfection of the 4 inch diameter service must be completed between a Friday and the next Monday such that the service to Building 299 is not interrupted. COST RANGE: Between $25,000 and $100,000. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Construction. DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: Commence within 30 calendar days and complete not later than 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
