The contractor shall supply a heat exchanger tube bundle manufactured in accordance with the provided specification sheets and drawing No. VU114371. The heat exchanger tube bundle shall be hydrostaticlly tested at the factory. Drawing VU114371 shall be red lined to reflect the as built condition of the cooler bundle. The performance period will be 180 calendar days after contractor receipt of written award. Firms responding to this synopsis should do so in writing within 15 days of this notice. See Note 1.
