The requirement has optional line items which may be purchased, for two gas-in-oil monitors and load tap changers for various substations. All supplies purchased will be delivered FOB Destination not sooner than September 1, 1998 and not later than June 1, 1999 to Glendive Pumping Plant, Custer, Faith and Grand Forks. The Government may award multiple firm-fixed price contracts, in accordance with FAR Part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items.
