Performance unde this contract requires the contractor to produce custom VLSI integrated circuits using ABX Process, 1.5 micron, double ploy, N-well with arbitrary pad locations, gold bumping to pads, die size 4x4 mm. Wafers are to meet visual inspection and parametric wafer map testing. Circuit instruction set to be transferred electronically. Delivery is required September 8, 1998. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Written or faxed requests for the the RFQ will not be honored. Telephone requests will not be accepted. See Note 22.
