Input: 200 VAC or 440 VAC, 50/60 Hertz, 3 phase/ 4 wire. Output: 10 individual output circuits, 4 outputs at 14 VDC with 12 amps, 4 outputs at 28 VDC with 6 amps, 2 outputs at 28 VDC with 3 amps. Temperature range: minus 20 degrees centigrade to plus 55 degrees centigrade. The 10 individual outputs shall have on/off switches, out put current adjustments, and battery post clips. There shall be an output current meter with a switch to connect it to each output circuit as needed. There shall be a timer to control power to the charging circuits, up to 12 hours for 60 Hertz input frequency or 14 hours for 50 Hertz input frequency.
