This requirement is to be obtained from the CSMET development contractor, Enzian Corporation 3251 Progress Drive, Orlando, Fl. Technical documentation required to competitively procure these systems does not exist. A prototype trainer is under development and will not be completed until December 1997. As the designer, developer and manufacturer of the CSMET prototype system, Enzian Corporation, part of Future Technology, is the only source which possesses the necessary data, current design and expertise to perform the production effort. Justification and Authority is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), only one responsible source. No RFP is available. See Note 22*** (0226)
