The Navy requires a minimum of 6 each and a maximum of 36 each UltraSPARC 1 Single Board Computers (SBC's). These SBC's will be used in the U.S. Marine Corps Air Defense Communications Platform (ADCP). The SBC's will be based on the UltraSPARC 1 167MHz processor, with 128M DRAM, 1M FLASH RAM, and will utilize the Solaris 2.5.1 operating system. Minimum requirements include: Two S-bus slots, one dual SCSI II-Fast Interface, one 10Base T interface, one Centronics parallel port, two EIA-232 serial ports, one mouse/keyboard port, and one set of audio ports. The SBC shall be designed for installation in a 6U VME card cage, and shall use no more than 2 VME slots. Software, software licenses, and technical manuals are also required. Delivery is required FOB NSWC Crane within 90 days after issuance of delivery order. Due to the need for identical SBC's to those already being utilized in the ADCP, this requirement will be solicited and negotiated on a sole-source basis with Themis Computer, Fremont, CA.
