Robinson, Contracting Officer, 919/466-2846 The Naval Aviation Depot, MCAS, Cherry Point, NC has submitted a requirement for the manufacturing and subsequent fatigue testing of coated and uncoated Titanium and Inconel Test Coupons. Request for Quotation will be issued utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures. Requirement shall be completed 180 days after contract award. Provide Cage Code and CEC with request. Faxed requests for solicitation packages are desired. Tentative closing date for solicitation is 15 Sep 97. The Government anticipates sole source award to Metcut Research Associates, Inc of Cincinnati Ohio, however all responsible offerors may submit an offer which shall be considered. As of 01 October 1997 all Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database as a condition of contract award.
