The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, Integrated Clinical Facility -- Temple, currently has a requirement for a Full Service Maintenance Agrement on Digital Equipment Corporation Networking and NT Server Equipment. A Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract consisting of a Base Year and two (2) Option Years will be awarded. Maintenance shall consist of, but not be limited to: Telephone assistance twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week; All part supplies shall be compatable with existing Digital equipment; On-site response time shall be within four (4) hours after official notification (this includes normal as well as emergency service, 24 hours a day); All service, travel, parts, labor shall be included in the bid price with no aditional charges. Offerors shall be engaged full time in the maintenance and repair of Digital Equipment Corp Systems or similar networking and NT server equipment and shall provide certification as to qualifications.
