labor, materials, transportation, parts, and supervision necessary for
full elevator maintenance and repair services, as specified in the
Performance Work Statement (PWS), at the Coast Guard Integrated Support
Command, Boston, MA. The period of performance is one base year,
beginning 1 November 1997 through 31 October 1998, with four one-year
options. The government will award a contract from this request for
proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the
solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and
past performance considered. This solicitation is unrestricted pursuant
to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The
solicitation package will be issued on or about 24 August 1997, and may
be obtained by submitting a written request to Commander (fcp-1),

short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related
