The following changes are incoporated to the above solicitation: SECTION C: page C-1 -- insert paragraph VI-Properly Staffed Office: "The Contractor is required to maintain a properly staffed, equipped and supplied office to manage assigned properties. The Contractor will recruit, hire, train and supervise qualified personnel. The Contractor must have an office (or establish one within 15 days after award) located within the geographic area of the contract which provides reasonably convenient service to HUD and its clients. The office must be adequately staffed and furnished to provide daily meaningful service from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday of each week, with the exception of authorized Federal Holidays. Office staff are not to be utilized to perform service items under this contract." Insert-paragraph VII. State and Local Licenses: "The Contractor shall obtain all state and local licenses required to perform under this contract. Page C-2: Delete service item #10 Page C-4: Service item #23 -- Under HUD Owned column, change required inspections to "every 30 days after initial inspection" Page C-5: Delete service item #30 SECTION J: Addition of Attachment M (Defective Paint Certification) (0227)
