Souto, Contracting Officer, 717-770-6206 The Child and Youth Development Services located at the Defense Distribution Region East in New Cumberland, PA has a requirement for the establishment of an Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract to provide food service personnel and meals (breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack) for the Child Development Center (CDC), School Age Services (SAS), and Teen Services (TS) programs. This service shall be performed in accordance with: Army Regulation 608-10 (Child Development Services), Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child Care Food Program (CCFP) Guidelines, Army Regulation 40-657 (Inspections), VETCOM 40-1 (Listing of Approved Food Sources), and TB MED 530 (Food Service and Health).
