NOTE: The Government may reject a proposal if preliminary assessment of the proposal concludes that the proposal is so technically deficient that it is not reasonably susceptible to being made acceptable without major modification. The following factors are listed in a descending order of importance. The subfactors within each factor are listed in descending order of importance. (A) Managerial/Organizational Capability -- 1) Demonstration of project managerial ability through documented history of timely and sucessful completion of past janitorial services/projects; 2) Demonstration of ability to respond quickly to the concerns and inquires of the Corps of Engineers and a willingness to communicate on a regular basis throughout the term of the contract; 3) Demonstration that adequate supervision, staff, and employee resources will be allocated to satisfactorily perform required services; and 4) Demonstration that current contracts andobligations will not impede timely and successful completion of contract requirements (B) Quality of Technical Proposal -- 1) Demonstration of detailed plan for performance of weekly, monthly and semi-annual services; 2) Demonstration that the plan for performance of weekly, monthly and semi-annual services meets all cleaning requirements of the specifications; and 3) Demonstration that the plan for performance of weekly, monthly and semi-annual services conforms to schedules stipulated in the specifications. (C) Prior Experience 1) Demonstration of at least three (3) years of experience in providing general janitorial/cleaning services. (D) SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS 1) Geographic proximity of the contractor to the Atlantic City Sub-Office. (0227)
