Description of Work: The Upgrade Utilities follow-up project is located on Ft Wainwright, Fairbanks, Alaska. Approximately 3500 feet of existing utilidors shall be stripped of all electric, communications, water, sewer, steam and condensate return lines, ladders and asbestos containing materials. The piping, line valves and appurtenances shall be replaced and disturbed areas regraded and seeded or paved. Service legs shall be replaced to the first fitting inside the buildings. The design is in English Units. Responders are advised that the requirements may be delayed, cancelled or advised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and/or final award process based on decisions related to DOD changes and disposition of the Armed Services.
