The Air Force is seeking sources for this project which shall include but not limited to demolition (including asbestos and lead based paint abatement), site preparations, utilities, tot lots, and complete renovation of the interior and exterior of 118 military family housing units at Hickam AFB, Hawaii. Options include additional 8 units, tot lots, interior, and site work. The results of this effort shall be a complete and ready for occupancy family housing area. A solicitation will be issued in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition. The estimated cost of construction is between $10 and $25 MILLION DOLLARS. A solicitation package will be issued on or about 8 Sep 97. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE charge of $123.50 for each solicitation package. The solicitation package will include a drawing set of approximately 163 sheets with technical provisions of approximately 360 plus pages.
