The service shall consist of: (1) Remove spent granulated activated carbon (GAC) from vessels; (2) Inspect vessels and provide a written inspection report of findings; and (3) Refill vessels with fresh (virgin) granulated activated carbon as described by means of a Simplified Purchase Procurement. The work is located at vessels V2 and V4 at the Industrial Waste Treatment Plan at Naval Air Station, North Island, San Diego, Ca. This is a Request for Quotation.
