Contract Line Item 0001 is for 215 EA Refrigerators, nominal 6 C.F. capacity (5.5 C.F. fresh food/.5 C.F. freezer). G.E. Model TAX6SNXWN or equal. Essential characteristics: 1. Furnished with 2 adj. shelves in refrigerator, 3 adj. shelves in door, and 2 mini ice cube trays; 2. Right hand door swing; 3. Color: Wood grain; 4. Electrical: 110V/60HZ/1PH; 5. SIZE IS CRITICAL -- MUST FIT INTO SPACE 24-1/2"W X 26"D X 34-1/2"H including handle and hinge. Contract Line Item 0002 is for 215 EA Microwaves, 1.2 C.F. capacity, 900 watts of cooking power, G.E. Model JE1240GW or equal. Essential Characteristics: 1. Electronic touch pad controls; 2. Minimum 9 cooking modes; 3. Minimum 10 heat settings; 4. Electrical: 110V/60HZ/1PH, Maximum 12.5 amps; 5. Color: Dark; 6. Maximum Exterior Dimensions: 23"W x 17"D x 14"H. Operating & service manuals to be furnished with each unit. If other than brand name identified is offered, the offeror shall indicate the manufacturer, brand, model/part number and a description in sufficient detail to show that the product offered meets the brand name specified. Note: The offeror shall furnish as part of its offer all descriptive literature and technical data sheets necessary for the purchasing activity to determine whether the products offered meets the salient characteristics of the solicitation. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions and clauses apply to this acquistion: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial, 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items . NCBC will use the following factors to evaluate quotes, in descending order of importance: A. Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement and B. Price. The Government reserves the right to make award of the initial offer received without discussions. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technical capability considered. Companies wishing to respond to this solicitation should provide this office with the following: A price quote, submitted on your company letterhead or your standard company quotation forms, for the requested items showing solicitation number, unit price, extended price, FOB, prompt payment terms, delivery time, and correct address.
