89 -- PRIME VENDOR SUBSISTENCE SOL W25KYQ-7225-8001 POC Contract Officer Daneen Renee Hutton (717) 861-8980 (Site Code DAHA36) The Pennsylvania Army National Guard proposes to enter into a fixed price requirements contract for a prime vendor to provide subsistence to dining facility locations throughout the installation at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Pennsylvania, beginning approximately August 1, 1998. Performance period will be through fiscal year 1999 with option years through fiscal year 2002. An approximate 49,500 square foot building (14,000 SF dry storage, 16,500 SF freezer space) may be available on the installation for lease to the contractor. Furnishing subsistence to an estimated 100 armory locations throughout Pennsylvania may or may not be added to the scope of work. Contractor will be required to do ration breakdown. Average individuals per year for a 2 day per month feeding is 133,385 (4 meals each). Average individuals per year for 15 day annual training feeding is 22,749 (39 meals each). Full-time dining facilities serve on average 46,526 individuals per year. The Basic Daily Food Allowance per individual is $5.83.
