The MSDA is to provide the operational and intelligence staffs with the basic capability to pull or extract intelligence data and products from heterogeneous, multi-media databases. The IFB will be unclassified. However, the successful contractor may be required to handle and store NATO Confidential material. The contractor's personnel working on site will be required to have a NATO security clearance.
