Testing and maintenance shall include: switch gear equipment, medium voltage circuit breakers, protective relays, primary disconnects, transformers, low voltage circuit breakers and generators. Inspection of transformers shall also include infrared thermography to detect heat damage and test for harmonics. Prospective bidders shall confirm in writing that they have been engaged in such practices for a minimum of three (3) years of specialized continuous experience with varification in writing prior to issurance of bid package.
