Qualified Sources Sought, SOL RFP 3589-10098, MK-Ferguson, is currently performing work under a Department of Energy Prime Contract at the Weldon Spring Site Remedial Action Project located in St. Charles, Missouri. Qualified sources are being sought for Industrial Hygiene Laboratory Analytical Services. This is a source sought for a potential procurement. Interested qualified parties should have (1) National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) Certification, (2) American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Accreditation for metal, silica, asbestos, and organics, (3) Provide Proficiency Analytical Testing (PAT) Identification Number, (4) Ability to perform variety of NIOSH, OSHA, and EPA analytical methods, (5) A quality assurance program which meets the U.S. Department of Energy criteria 5700.6C. Prior to award of an order, an inspection and acceptance of selected supplier facilities, quality control program, and standard operating procedures, will be required. Inspection will be conducted by a MK-Ferguson Quality Assurance Audit Team. Contract term to include 1 base year, with (2) two option periods valued at a total of $50,000-$100,000.
