Contractor shall provide professional ULTRASOUND SERVICES for inmates confined at United States Penitentiary, Allenwood, Pennsylvania. Contract consists of an estimated 6 sessions per contract year. A session is the evaluation of a minimum of two patients and a maximum of ten patients. Sessions will be scheduled Monday through Friday. The schedule will normally consist of one session inside the Health Services Unit at USP Allenwood every two months. Contractor services may not exceed 30 hours per week. Contract shall run from approximately October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. Security investigation/clearance is required.
