Garcia The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the American Association of Colleges of Podiatric Medicine (AACPM), 1350 Piccard Drive, Suite 322, Rockville, Maryland 20850. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to define the effects of managed care upon podiatric medical education by analyzing the results of a survey utilized by the AACPM perspective of managed care organizations. The period of performance for this project is 13 months. The AACPM is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
