Garcia The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). In accordance with Part 13, award will be limited to Small Business concerns. The purpose of the procurement is to develop mathematical models that will adjust for the rate of duplication in the AAR. The contractor shall: meet with the officer; submit a draft work plan; develop a draft plan for analyzing data; revise draft plan as directed by the project officer; conduct analyses in accordance with the analytic plan; meet with project officer and bureau staff to discuss analyses; submit revised final report for approval. Solicitation will be issued on or about August 29, 1997. The closing date will be on September 19, 1997, at no later than 4:00pm local prevailing time.
