The Center for Mental Health Services, (SAMHSA), through the Program Support Center, General Acquisition Branch, intends to award a 9 month sole source Simplified Acquisition to The National GAINS Center for People with Co-Occurring Disorders in the Justice System Policy Research, Inc. The contractor will convene a two day meeting in the Washington, D.C. Metro area from which a report will be developed that synthesizes the consultation given to The Center for Mental Health Services from a variety of stakeholders. The focus of the meeting is to examine the applicability of the concepts of information dissemination and technical assistance used by the National GAINS Center for People with Co-Occuring Disorders in the Justice System to a different population, that is preventive mental health services for young children and their families.
