This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to develop and pilot test curricula on Internet use for physicians, compile bibliography on medical informatics, and create a Web Page for dissemination of curricula. The period of performance for this project is 15 months. The Michigan State University, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
