This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to provide technical assistance to the Division of HIV Services in documenting critical aspects of the AIDS Drug Assistance Programs of Ryan White CARE Act Title II grantees. The contractor shall produce a series of documents based on information gathered through research, interviews with grantees, data analysis and development and utilization of an ADAP-specific grantee database. The period of performance for this project is 5 months. The Ms. Buehrens, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services providing the required work and services.
