This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to develop an Education and service resource for strengthening Nurse-Midwifery educational programs in the Regions of the Americans. The period of performance for this project is 9 months. The University of Pennsylvania-Philadelphia, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
