This is a Source Selection Procurement with a base year plus four 12 month options that may be exercised solely at the Government's discretion. The contractor is to provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment,and transportation necessary to perform operation, recurring and preventative maintenance, cleaning at various buildings and limited troubleshooting for training tanks, recreationsal swimming pools and replated equipment as specified in this contract. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, pump and filtration systems, heating systems, automatic chlorinators, and drains. This is a negotiated procurement consisting of submission of technical and price proposals. Award will be made based on management ability, experience, subcontracting support capability, capability to plan and estimate work and on the proposal that offers the best value to the Government.
