Contractor shall provide professional services as a DIAGNOSTIC TEST ADMINISTRATOR to inmates confined at the United States Penitentiary, Allenwood, Pennsylvania. The contract consists of an estimated 780 sessions per contract year. A session is 1 hour in length. The contractor will usually work sixteen sessions per week. Performance will be at the USP Allenwood Education Department. The schedule will normally be Monday and Tuesday, 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Contractor services may not exceed 30 hours per week. Contract shall run from approximately October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set-aside for small business concerns.
