Contractor shall provide professional services as a CAREER DEVELOPMENT COUNSELOR to inmates confined at the Low Security Correctional Institution, Allenwood, Pennsylvania. The contract consists of an estimated 208 sessions per contract year. A session is 4 hours in length. The contractor will usually work four sessions per week at the LSCI Education Department. Contractor services may not exceed 30 hours per week. Contract shall run from approximately October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set-aside for small business concerns. Security investigation/clearance is required. Solicitation document will be made available on or about September 2, 1997. (0230)
