As a minimum, the following shall be accomplished: a) measure each door and window in the Military Family Housing (MFH) units selected to insure proper fitting of Solar Screening, b) fabricate dark bronzed aluminum frames to custom fit each window in the MFH units selected, c) install charcoal colored solar screening material and install in windows with hardware that will enable the easy removal of the screen for cleaning, d) remove the existing screen fabric in the patio type sliding screen doors and replace with above specified. Units to be screened are as follows: (single units) 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1010, 1011, 1015, 1017, 1019, 1023, 1024, 1025, 1028, 1029, 1030, 1033, 1034, 1035, 1036, 1037, 1039, 1042, 1043, 1044, 1045, 1046, and 1049; (duplex unit) 1166. The magnatude of construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.RFP's must be submitted no later than 09 September 1997. (0230)
