Demolition of lead painted gypsum board walls and doors shall comply with Federal, State, Station's environmental requirements. New work shall construct gypsum board walls, hang doors, minor concreting and bricking. Interior finishes include flooring, painting, acoustical ceiling tile, and wall covering. Utility plumbing tie-ins with associated piping and fixtures are included. Mechanical work shall rework existing duct system. Electrical includes reworking lighting, telephone conduit, exit lighting, and a fire alarm system. This solicitation includes FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds (APR 1984). Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation documents will be distributed on a first come, first served basis until the supply is exhausted.
