Z -- REPLACE VARIOUS AIR HANDLERS IN THE TRAINING FACILITY, BLDG. 2767 NAS KINGSVILLE, TX SOL N62467-97-Q-7256 DUE 091997 POC Jack R. Kopatz, (512) 516-6189, Contracting Officer. The work will include all materials, equipment, labor, transportation and supervision to demolish and replace two (2) horizontal chill water air handlers (capacities are between 12 and 15 tons). Both air handlers are equipped with steam heating coils. Replacement shall include five (5) console type fan and coil units located in the office spaces on the second floor, (capacities vary between 400 and 600 CFM). Replacements shall include one (1) horizontal chill water air handler, (capacity is 1750 CFM), location is above first floor suspended ceiling. Demolition and replacement shall include all steel/copper fittings, valves, unions and pneumatic control devices associated with each air handler. Electrical service disconnects, starters and components shall be included. All existing piping, new piping and all devices associated with each air handler shall be re-insulated.
