Z -- ROOF REPLACEMENT, BLDGS. 18 AND 57 SOL IFB 542-25-97 DUE 092597 POC Harry Pearson, Contract Specialist, (610) 383-0202 The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to accomplish the necessary demolition, the installation of new metal flashings, the installation of fiber reinforced cement shingles, any gutter repairs, any downspout repairs, any tuck pointing, any coping repairs, any replacement and/or installation of EPDM roofing material, any sheathing replacement, and reinstallation of the lightning protection system, for replacement of all required roofing on the above listed buildings. All work and installed materials shall be in accordance with the supplied specifications and contract drawings. This Solicitation is available for Full and Open competition. The cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
