Purpose of working group is to provide an opportunity for the Government and private industry to discuss the ship sales program and requirements for scrapping in compliance with environmental and safety requirements. It will also provide the opportunity for industry to share their ideas on how ships should be packaged for sale. The participants will also be given the opportunity to tour ships which will be sold on a future Request for Technical Proposal/Invitation for Bid. (0231)
