SIC Code is 1442. Size standard is 500. This solicitation identified as SOL 97-16-9-17 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. Quotes shall be in accordance with all requirements of this notice including those which are included by reference. This requirement consists of supplying all labor, materials, equipment and supplies and perform all operations necessary to deliver (1) 1,200 cubic yards of 3/4-inch minus gravel; and (2) 1,200 cubic yards of 3-inch minus gravel to the Roads Department at 4231 Holliday Lane at the Warm Springs Indian Agency, Warm Springs, Oregon 97761. Warm Springs is located 14 miles north of the city of Madras, Jefferson County, Oregon. All work shall be executed in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with the best applicable trade practices, and shall present a first-class finished appearance upon completion. The Maintenance Foreman will inspect and accept deliveries and tickets at destination.
