Minimum specifications are: (1) The system must have 38 cameras and the ability to monitor all cameras through a central controller. Each camera should be CCD and color (Burle TC370 or equal). Cameras must re-utilize camera lenses already in use at the Child Development Center. (2)Replace existing monitors with four 14" high resolution color monitors (Burle TC215 or equal). (3)Replace existing VCRs with four time lapse professional VCRs (Sony 2/12/24 hour time lapse professional VCR SVT-100 or equal). (4)Replace existing switcher with 24 camera switcher.
