Naval Hospital Jacksonville intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Isolyser Corporation for the Orex Degradable Processor 2000 Option 240 with delivery and installation. Justification is based on the determination that the governments minimum needs can best be met by one source. The contractor was selected based on the Patent (#5207837) they hold for Method of Disposal of Hot Water Soluble Garments and Like Fabrics. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by identifying themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer, and provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer with in fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis.
