Blazek (708) 786-5253 65 -- Requirement is for delivery and installation of a Model Philips SR7000, OR EQUAL, Remanufactured Computed Tomographic Scanner (capable of spiral scanning) with a Konica Laser Imager and Processor, OR EQUAL, within VA Medical Center, Highway 6 West, Iowa City, Iowa, 52246. A dry type laser imager may be substituted for the Konica Laser Imager. Requests for proposals will be issued on or about August 26, 1997, to suppliers who have a current Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA); provisions of the master BOA (Solicitation M6-Q10-96) apply. Other interested suppliers may participate provided their application satisfies the requirements necessary to obtain a BOA. Proposals are due September 10, 1997. Award is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds.
