43216-6595 66 -- AUTOMATED COMPONENT TEST SYSTEM SOL SP071097R0037 DUE 092297 POC
Linda Dodson, 614-692-3430 Potential Sources Sought to provide a
"turnkey" Automated Component Test System suitable for electrical
testing on electronic components, including resistors, capacitors,
inductors, relays, and semiconductor devices. The basic system should
be an expandable network of controller workstations and test stations.
The system should have ISO9000 traceability and should provide on-site
calibration capabilities. The controller workstations shall be Windows
95/NT compatible and include software which shall be used for
report/program generation, test sequence entry, report entry, data
archiving, and statistical analysis. The system should include a
Passive Component Test Station for accurate electrical testing of a
wide range of resistors, capacitors and inductors. Guidance for
parameter measurement ranges and accuracy can be found in active and
inactive military specifications which support Federal Stock Classes
(FSCs) 5905, 5910, and 5950, MIL-STD-202, and applicable industry
standards. The systems should also include a Semiconductor Test
Station, capable of complying with MIL-STD-750, Group A Tests, with a
test range of 50 Amps Pulsed and 2000 Volts. This station shall test
axial lead devices and up to 4 leaded transistors. Required measurement
ranges and accuracy can be found in active and inactive military
specifications, MIL-STD-202 and applicable industry standards. FSCs
supported include 5961 and 5980. In addition, the system shall include
a Relay Test Station for accurate testing of a wide range of relays
and transformers. The general required ranges, test parameters, and
test methods can be found in active and inactive military
specifications which support FSCs 5945 and 5950, as well as in
applicable industry standards. Finally, the Automated Component Test
System shall include a Meter Calibration Test Station. Sources are
requested to submit their responses along with technical specification
sheets within 30 days after publication of this notice to the
