Corporate Oracle Enterprise License (includes 30 concurrent users); 1 ea. Data Site License; 50 ea. additional Concurrent User Licenses and two days of on-site network installation/configuration. This software is proprietary to Professional Help Desk and the upgrade is therefore being acquired using other than full and open competition. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this requirement no later than 15 days from the published date of this announcement to the above address. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
