WHERRY (520) 533-3908 (Site Code DABT63) The US Army Intelligence Center and Fort Huachuca (USAIC&FH), Ft Huachuca, AZ extends an invitation to industry/academia to provide a review of new and emerging technology associated with Processing and Presentation of Intelligence Data. This review is being conducted in support of the Intelligence Processing to Support Army XXI Operations Integrated Concept Team (Intel Processing ICT). This ICT is charged with developing a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for Army Intelligence Processing in 2010. The CONOPS will define processing and presentation requirements by echelon/node, provide a roadmap for migration to a 2010 architecture, present technological dependencies in implementing this architecture, and lay out an experimentation path to further refine systems evolution and implementation strategy. The Intel processing ICT would like to give industry/academia the opportunity to provide White Papers on any IR&D efforts they believe are relevant to this working group. Providers of selected relevant papers may be invited to provide further information in writing or person to the ICT. White papers should be no longer than 5 pages and are requested NLT 30 Sep 97. Technologies of particular interest include: Dynamic Data Profiling (specifying and managing data requirements an retrieval form distributed and shared databases); Distant Collaboration; Management of Intelligence Resources (tracking and dynamic tasking/re- tasking/allocation/re-allocation of personnel automation, collectors, and other resources; Data Presentation (battlefield visualization and multi- sensory methods of presenting data to support individual cognitive processes and collective decision making); Smart Data Push/Pull; and techniques to support Predictive Analysis.
