The Government intends to procure the following under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures: Provide trucks with operators, weigh trucks, empty, pickup, transportation and disposal of contaminated dried sewage biosolids, digested, dewatered sewage sludge from the waste water treatment plants, weigh the trucks again, and transport the biosolids to authorized, certified disposal site. Contract will be awarded for a Base year with one year option. Request for solicitations must be in writing only and received no later than 01 September 1997.
