Brown/Pkwre/ [937]257-2698 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFQ has the following line item: Renewal of AutoPLAN Premium Support and Maintenance for 30 licenses for 01 Oct 97-30 Sep 98, renewal of AutoTEAM Premium Support and Maintenace for 230 licenses for 01 Oct 97-30 Sep 98, and AutoTEAM Premium Support and Maintenance for 1600 additional licenses for 01 July-30 September 1998 (partial year due to expiration of warranty 30 Jun 1998). The support and maintenance will include free updates, new releases, upgrades and unlimited telephone, E-mail, and FAX access to the user's product support group.
