This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFQ has the following line item: Renewal of Retrieval Ware Enterprise Software maintenance and upgrades for 100 concurrent user licenses. Delivery required NLT 1 Oct 97, delivery to NAIC/SCSS.
